Imagine my surprise when I went to share the link with a group on Facebook and got this message:
And what exactly is it, Facebook, that you found to be abusive about this piece? The part where breastfeeding mothers speak up against your misogynistic and sexist policies? Or is it just women taking a stand that bothers you?
You can censor us Facebook, you can delete our photos and delete our accounts. We'll still be the ones who are right.

Jeez, i can't believe that! What on earth is going on over at Facebook?
I am NOT defending FB but in this instance they are reflecting the 'dislike' clicks people can apply to news items ...
Here's how to make this work for you vs against you .. go to all the bodacious boob pix and click DISLIKE or whatever the negative opinion option is ...
I have started designing pro-breastfeeding shirts. when i have some made i would love to send one to you....a special custom made twin feeding mama one :)
"Disliking" "boob pix" is not going to help any breastfeeding activist any time soon. It's more like stooping to a level just like those hopeless individuals who harbor negative feelings and/or intolerance towards the practice of breastfeeding in public. Nothing much to gain by that. Nothing much to gain by snubbing people who choose the bottle over the breast for their babies either. Tolerance, in my view, begets tolerance.
Breasts are amazing, and never ever vulgar, whether you see them as mammaries, feeding devices, or objects for sexual stimulation. They are made for expressions of love on many different levels. Whoever judges the breast to be something vulgar or indecent, is missing out. If you disagree, you can always go hide under a blankie if you cannot handle the sight of a breast.
fox news?
how progressive of them.
i think people at fb are just fucking with you. i'm kind of serious.
are you better? i hope so.
two things: you WILL join my book club and we need to schedule a date.
